On May 1, 2010, we purchased a vacation home in Champions Gate, FL. Champions Gate is located approximately
10 miles south of Walt Disney World near Orlando Florida. The unit is a townhouse located in a gated golf
community named Bella Trae. Due to the depressed housing market in central Florida, we were able to obtain a
very good deal. The actual unit will be completed in mid-June.
Below are pictures of the model unit. The model is called "Spoonbill". It is the second floor of a two story
townhouse. The bottom unit will be purchased by another family.
