Home in Florida
On May 26th, 2017, we purchased a home 16 miles southwest of Walt Disney World. It is located at: 1413 Mickelson Court, Champions Gate, FL 33896. It is near the first 2 condos we purchased in 2010. This home is on the golf course, will work well when we bring our dogs and Kathy got to design her own pool! It also results in a substantial monthly savings, which will be great in retirement. PREVIOUS FLORIDA PROPERTIES On August 1st, 2014, we purchased a vacation home 3.5 miles northeast of Walt Disney World. Pictures. We moved in during August 2014. It was put on the market in May 2017. It sold on May 11, 2018. It is located at: Windermere, FL 34786 In May 2013, we purchased a new vacation home south of Walt Disney World. The house was sold in May 2015 (closing on 5/29/2015). This property was sold in June 2013.
